Josie Jackson

Josie is a small-town indie/country/rock artist who began singing at the age of five. She started in church choirs, then continued in high school.

Her songwriting journey began in 2006 after she watched an interview with one of her favourite musicians, Jesse McCartney. In that interview, Jesse talked about how he writes his own material and was inspired. She loved singing but thought maybe she'd give songwriting a go. And so it began, writing her very first song in the bathtub.

Eventually, in 2017, she set up her own record label, Boss Ninja Records and has released many songs on digital platforms.

During lockdown in 2020, since the music scene died down, she started getting into writing interactive stories and published on two platforms: Episode and Dorian Interactive.
